HALTER LoadAssistant® for loading batches from 10 to 1000 workpieces
HALTER proves itself as a US market leader at the IMTS Chicago
From 10–14 September, HALTER attended the IMTS in Chicago for the second time. Since 2015, HALTER has had a subsidiary in Cascade, Iowa. Investments have been made in the establishment of a HALTER Technology Center with training and demonstration equipment as well as stock. This, in combination with the well-trained and competent US sales and service staff, has resulted in high volume sales and a strong service organization. Over the last 3 years, a great number of installations have been carried out throughout North America. Most of the US customers have purchased multiple HALTER LoadAssistants, in some cases as many as 6 units. During this IMTS, orders were once again received from new and existing customers. The investments that HALTER made 3 years ago in the US market have now resulted in market leadership in CNC loading robots. Customers clearly indicate that the experience of the HALTER USA team as well as the quality and reliability of the HALTER LoadAssistant have given them the confidence to invest in more units.
HALTER works in close cooperation with partners, including Fastems, Fanuc, Schunk and various universities, to offer the industry the best and latest technology, which results in solutions that are easy, smart and reliable.
From 22–25 October, HALTER CNC will hold robotics workshops in the HALTER Technology Center in Cascade. During this event, customers are invited to bring their parts and carry out tests. As a standard part of the workshop, an ROI calculation can be made.
