HALTER LoadAssistant® for loading batches from 10 to 1000 workpieces

HALTER present at IMTS and AMB

HALTER CNC Automation will be prominently present at both the AMB in Stuttgart and the IMTS in Chicago. It is the second time that HALTER will be at the AMB. During the IMTS, the loading robot for CNC machines will be presented for the first time at a large American exhibition. HALTER CNC Automation has had a branch in the United States for a year now (with a service and training centre to support customers and dealers) and its presence at the IMTS is, therefore, the next logical step.

The HALTER LoadAssistant® was introduced more than two years ago during the Technishow. The system has been specially developed for machining companies that require loading robots for small to medium-sized series. The high-quality and very user-friendly system was designed in cooperation with the Finnish company Fastems; knowledge of robots is not required and it takes less than 5 minutes to set up the system. Halter now has three different standard models and thanks to clever software, they offer all the flexibility a customer could wish for (without extra development and costs).

Although HALTER CNC Automation is a Dutch company, production takes place at Fastems Systems in Germany. They regularly hold workshops for companies that want to find out whether automation can be applied to their CNC machines.

Companies that wish to see the HALTER LoadAssistant® at the AMB are welcome to visit the Axon stand (hall 9 D14) or the Citizen Machinery Europe stand (hall 3 D14). During the IMTS, the HALTER will be demonstrated by HwaCheon (stand S-8119) and Quaser (stand S-9451). Companies that are not able to visit these exhibitions can register for the HALTER workshops, which are held on 21st and 22nd of September in the Fastems factory in Issum. This is just across the border in Germany and is, therefore, the ideal opportunity for Dutch companies to find out more about Halter and also to see which solutions Fastems, the world leader in production automation, has to offer.
