HALTER CNC Automation doubles its production capacity to meet the continuing demand for loading robots for the machining industry in Europe and the United States. Due to the shortage of labor, the need for more flexibility and the increasingly smaller series, machining companies need smart automation.

HALTER CNC Automation now supplies more than 20 countries and has a network of more than 30 active dealers. Halter is experiencing strong growth in almost all countries. In order to continue to meet this increasing demand, the company has recently decided to expand the production capacity. Director Wouter van Halteren: “We deliver a high-quality product and continuously invest in the knowledge of our service employees and service partners. We see that this is appreciated in particular in countries such as Germany. Not only are our systems sold by all leading CNC machine manufacturers to all kinds of machining companies, but we also receive many repeat orders from major well-known companies in the industry. Therefore we have expanded our production with a second assembly line, so that we can guarantee a delivery time of less than 12 weeks.”

The HALTER LoadAssistant is a universal loading robot that can be combined with any brand of CNC machine. At the TechniShow 2018 in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, all models of the HALTER LoadAssistant can be seen “live” in operation. This easy-to-program loading robot is suitable for both turning and milling machines. Moreover, the system is easy to move, making it suitable for multiple machines.
