Great start for HALTER at AMB Stuttgart
The first day of the AMB in Stuttgart (18–22 September) was an amazing success for HALTER. The first orders were received and visitors from all over Europe stopped by the HALTER booth in Hal 9 D61. Moreover, at the Mazak booth there was a lot of interest in the HALTER LoadAssistant, which is connected to the MAZAK VCN 530C.
HALTER has already installed hundreds of units and receives a lot of repeat orders from satisfied customers, who regularly experience a payback period of less than 12 months. HALTER’s success is a result of years of investment in the worldwide service organisation, as well as constant improvement of the HALTER in co-operation with development partner Fastems. During the AMB, customers have the opportunity to discover the simplicity of the HALTER LoadAssistant and meet with HALTER specialists.
Shortly after the AMB, workshops will be given in the HALTER Technology Centers located in Stuttgart (at the Fanuc Academy) and in Issum (at Fastems’ production facility) as well as at other locations of HALTER partners. During those workshops, customers are invited to bring their own parts and test the HALTER in practice. A Return on Investment calculation is also part of this workshop. The workshops are given for customers on an individual basis and take 3–4 hours. After the workshop, customers have a complete picture of all the technical and economic aspects of investment in the HALTER LoadAssistant and therefore a 100% reduction of risk.
